MiniCRISPR can edit previously inaccessible tissue opening up new avenues for incurable diseases.

Encouraging preliminary findings with a new miniCRISPR using a nanoCAS brings hope for previously incurable diseases such as Duchenne muscular dystrophy.  The miniCRISPR can reach and edit previously inaccessible tissue including muscle.
